This is how you can ask your customers via SMS to add reviews to your Facebook business profile.

How to create a direct link to your Facebook reviews: 

 

  1. Go to your business page
  1. Click Settings in the top-right corner
  1. Click Templates and Tabs in the menu on the left-hand side of the page
  1. Scroll down until you see Reviews, and then click the Settings button next to Reviews
  1. Make sure the toggle next to Show Reviews is On – this means that customers will be able to leave reviews on your page
  1. Click Copy URL under the title Share Reviews Tab – this is the link to your reviews tab on Facebook
